A roundtable on “Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Serbia in the Process from the European Charter on Small Enterprises for the Western Balkans to the Small Business Act in the EU”, will be held in Belgrade, organised by the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development, the Serbian Agency for the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and Entrepreneurship, and the Serbian Chamber of Commerce.

The event will include a presentation of the Annual Report on the SME sector in Serbia for 2008, results of a poll on the current status of the SME sector in Serbia, and a discussion on the following documents:

Report on the Implementation of the European Charter for Small Enterprises for the Western Balkans,Report on the Progress of Serbia in the Process of Association to the European Union, and Development Strategy for Competitive and Innovative SMEs in 2008-2013.
