Spanish Institute for External Trade (ICEX - El Instituto Español de Comercio Exterior) in cooperation with the Economic and Commercail Office of the Spanish Embassy organises the visit of Spanish companies in order to enhance the economic cooperation between the Kingdom of Spain and the Republic of Serbia.

The visit will take place on November 4 and 5, 2009. This kind of cooperation has proven to be an efficient instrument for the promotion of Spanish investment abroad and strengthening of economic ties with other countries, including Serbia.

The main goal of this visit is to identify the cooperation and investment possibilities in Serbia as well as to facilitate the encounters with the potential partners. Serbian companies will have the opportunity to meet their Spanish counterparts interested in strategic partnership in the Serbian market.

Ten Spanish companies will participate in this event. They come from the sectors that have been defined as priority sectors for the cooperation of the two countries:

- Infrastructure

- Environmental Protection

- Energy

- Food processing Industry.

During the visit B2B and investor matchmaking meetings will be organized in order to discuss the concrete cooperation opportunities and future perspectives.
