The BelRE conference will discuss about the situation in the real estate market in Serbia and region, about the crisis and how to overcome, funding models, urban planning, urban management, coupled between the public and private capital, and how such projects affect the development of whole cities, etc..

The upcoming BelRE Fair, will gather investors, developers, propertyr owners,architects, project managers, consultants, brokers and end users.

Previous year BelRE had more than 90 exbitors form Serbia, Montenegro, Slovenia,Bosnia and Hercegovina, Austria, Italy, Spain, Bulgaria, Romania and more than 4500 visitors. The Fair will, as in previous years, follow the comprehensive conference program.

The BelRE conference will discuss about the situation in the real estate market in Serbia and region, about the crisis and how to overcome, funding models, urban planning, urban management, coupled between the public and private capital, and how such projects affect the development of whole cities, etc..

Speak with representatives of institutions, consultants for investment from home and abroad, developers, project managers, representatives of banks, insurance and leasing companies.

Guests and experts from abroad will present their experiences in solving problems of development towns and regions. Already announced guests from Austria, England, Italy and Greece show that the interest in our market is not yet extinct.

On the occasion of the fair fourth edition of the BelRE magazine will be published specialized in real estate and investments in the Balkans. This magazine is bilingual, and except as distributed in BelRE fair, it is present in all major real estate fairs in Europe (MIPIM, Expo Real, Real Vienna, RREF in Moscow, etc.).
