“Thrace Enterprises”

A daily conference with the topic “Thrace Enterprises” will be organized on Saturday, 21 of November 2009 in Alexandroupolis. Purpose of this conference will be to inform the young people of the region and awake their interest in enterprising.

A daily conference with the topic “Thrace Enterprises” will be organized on Saturday, 21 of November 2009 in Alexandroupolis. Purpose of this conference will be to inform the young people of the region and awake their interest in enterprising.

The main topics which will be discussed are the following: ways of supporting the young enterpreneurs in their first steps, national and european financing for start ups, introduction to innovating thinking and local opportunities for development.

Afterwards will follow the “The coffee of the enterpreneurs” during which young enterpreneurs will share their experiences with those who want to follow their steps, will exchange ideas and they will give advices for a successful start-up. The conference will be held at the hotel THRAKI PALACE, and will begin at 9 am.

Program

10:00-12:00 - Support of young entrepreneurs at their first steps, national and European funding programs. Answers to questions like: How should I start? Who can help me? Where can I find more information? How can I finance my idea? A group of experts will give information and answer any question.

12:00-14:00 - Innovative thinking, support of innovative companies, examples of successful, local companies, entrepreneurial opportunities in our region. Answers to questions like: How can i implement and finance my innovative idea? Where can i find support? Which are the challenges in my region and how i can benefit from them?

14:00-15:00 - “The coffee of the entrepreneurs”. Young businessman/women meet future entrepreneurs.
