Rehn: Each Balkan country to join EU according to merit

Each Balkan country will join the EU "on its own merit," but mutual border and other disputes in the region will be reviewed before the door to the EU opens, EU Enlargement Commissioner Olli Rehn said at a round table on Croatia's accession to the EU on March 3.
