Belgrade International Games - BIG 2009 taking  place October 16-19, for the fourth time in a row, and 300 foreign students and the same number of Serbian students will participate, the City Administration announced in a statement, reports Tanjug news agency.

Among the participants of this years' BIG, there will be students from Italy, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia, Montenegro, FYRMacedonia, Bulgaria, Romania,Switzerland, Slovakia, Poland, Israel, Nigeria and Algeria and they will compete in various sport disciplines.

The games will take place under the sponsorship of the University of Belgrade, the Ministry of Youth and Sport, the Belgrade City Administration's Youth Office, the Secretariat for Sport and Youth, Tourist Organization of Belgrade and the municipalities of Vozdovac, New Belgrade and Vracar.
