The first round of negotiations on the Russian loan to support the budget and financing of infrastructural projects in Serbia has been completed in Moscow, communicated the Serbian Ministry of Finance.

Assistant to the Finance Minister Zoran Cirovic said that the negotiations were constructive and that the financial conditions of the loan will be discussed during the next round of negotiations, which will be held in Belgrade soon.

Given that at issue are big infrastructural projects, primarily railroads, the financial support of Russia is expected as well as the participation of renowned Russian companies, which would carry out the work together with Serbian companies, the communiqué reads.
