The Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) and the Reforms Party (ORA) held separate press conferences on Thursday accusing the Central Election Committee that it is preparing to manipulate votes by contracting a private company for printing ballots and for transporting them to polling stations.

The first to react against this were LDK officials who said that the contracted company does not meet the criteria for transporting ballots.

“We suggest that the Kosovo Police, as planned, should be the main transporter and the guarantor of transporting ballot boxes,” said LDK senior official Lutfi Haziri.
