Greece-based Marfin Investment Group is interested in the purchase of Serbian national airline Jat Airways. Marfin is the owner of Marfin Bank AD Beograd and Robne Kuce Beograd (RKB).

Marfin is already familiar with airline business, since it recently bought Greek national airline Olimpic Airlines.

Marfin intends to merge Jat and Olimpic and thereby create a strong regional company.
