Central Elections Commission (CEC) has concluded the recount of ballots from seven polling stations as instructed by the Elections Complaints and Appeals Commission (ECAC) and it has also counted the conditional votes and those quarantined for suspicion of irregularities.

Head of CEC Nesrin Lushta said all the results have been sent to the ECAC and ruled out the possibility of the delays in announcing final results may have an impact on postponing the second round of local elections.

The coordinator from the counting centre said they need one and a half day to finish the counting of votes.
