Some 20 ambassadors of the EU member states to Serbia have visited today the Kragujevac Car Factory, which now formally restored production after the fire that occurred 10 days ago.

Secretary of State in the Ministry of Economy Nebojsa Ciric said that production will be at the level of the day before the fire, when 117 to 120 vehicles were mounted daily.

Ciric said he hoped that European diplomats would also be in the Zastava factory when it is renovated, and the annual production of vehicles is at the level between 150 and 200 thousand cars.

Swedish Ambassador to Serbia Kirster Bringeus stressed that he was impressed with the high quality of cars produced in the Kragujevac plant.
