Austrian finance ministry delegation visits Serbia

A delegation of the Austrian Finance Ministry headed by its General Secretary Hans Georg Kramer is visiting Belgrade at the invitation of Serbian Finance Minister Diana Dragutinovic.

A delegation of the Austrian Finance Ministry headed by its General Secretary Hans Georg Kramer is visiting Belgrade at the invitation of Serbian Finance Minister Diana Dragutinovic.

The officials of the two ministries will confer on future cooperation on the basis of the best experience model, it was announced Monday in Vienna.

The talks will focus on modern and more efficient administration, human ressources management, education and advanced training, performance management and cooperation between the two ministries.

Fostering of bilateral cooperation between the two ministries in administration would support the economic cooperation between the two countries, the release says.

Austrian Finance Ministry thus also supports Serbia's accession to the EU, the release says. Austrian Finance Minister and Vice-Chancellor Josef Proel commended the requests for his ministry's financial and customs expertise by foreign ministries.
