On 08.08.2009 a EULEX Prosecutor indicted Elez Hoxha, Judge of Pristina District Court for allegedly accepting bribes of the amount of 123,000 Euros and a Volkswagen Caddy car, through an intermediary, to release and ensure the acquittal of two detainees charged with murder.

On 05.11.2009, at the Municipal Court of Prizren, a EULEX Judge confirmed the indictment.

The main trial will start in the Municipal Court of Prizren at the beginning of next year.
