The Ministry for Human and Minority Rights will sign a memorandum on cooperation with NGOs on February 9 at 12 pm, Bulevar Mihajla Pupina 2, hall Podgorica.

Speaking after the signing will be Minister for Human and Minority Rights Svetozar Ciplic, OSCE Ambassador to Serbia Hans Ola Urstad, UN Acting Representative for Serbia Lennart Kotsalainen and Exceptive Director of 484 Group Miodrag Shrestha.
