Buyers that have cash, as well as flat sellers are waiting.

The first are waiting for the prices to start going down, while the latter still don’t want to sell cheaper. Investors that are in dire straits, i.e. those who have become indebted to be able to build, will be the first to lower swords.

Business premises are already bought at 10-15 percent lower prices on average in comparison with the last trimester 2008, and the prices of flats are expected to fall by the same percent in Belgrade first, while in suburban parts flats are expected to be cheaper by a fifth.
