Malovic to visit Montenegro

The bilateral agreements, to be signed at the Villa Gorica at 11:30 am, are of huge importance for the development of bilateral relations between the two countries and the improvement of their overall cooperation on judicial matters.
Minister of Justice Snezana Malovic will take a one-day working visit to Podgorica today, where she will sign three bilateral agreements with her Montenegrin counterpart Miras Radovic.
The Ministry states that they will sign the Agreement on Legal Assistance in Civil and Criminal Matters, Agreement on Mutual Execution of Court Sentences concerning Criminal Matters and Agreement on Extradition.
The Ministers will also sign a Memorandum of Cooperation between the Serbian and Montenegrin justice ministries.

During the working meetings special attention will be paid to the legislative activities of the two justice ministries, as well as reforms to the judiciary, adds the statement.
