The Kosovo Arab Chamber is deeply shocked at the fact that Abbas's visit comes following the engagement of Palestinian officials against Serbia's attempts to question the statehood of Kosovo in the Islamic world, a statement said.

The Pristina-based Kosovo Arab Chamber for Friendship and Economic Cooperation has announced a negative stand on the visit of Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas to Belgrade, expressing concern regarding the implications that this visit could have for the population of Kosovo.

The Kosovo Arab Chamber is deeply shocked at the fact that Abbas's visit comes following the engagement of Palestinian officials against Serbia's attempts to question the statehood of Kosovo in the Islamic world, a statement said.

The Kosovo Arab Chamber is a non-profit organization created with the objective to promote friendship between the peoples of Kosovo and of Arab countries, and not only to increase the number of friends of Kosovo, but also to promote the importance of Kosovo as a link between East and West, the Chamber website said.
